How long does a real estate photography session take?
Photography sessions can range from 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the size of the property and the media package you choose. Our basic photography package usually takes around 30-45 minutes. Add-on services such as 3D tours or video footage can take an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour.
How quickly will I receive my listing photos?
We know speed matters in real estate. That’s why we aim to deliver our standard services within 24 hours. For extensive add-on services, we may require additional time, but we always guarantee to have your photos and videos delivered in less than 48 hours.
Do you photograph luxury homes, cabins, and vacation rentals?
Absolutely. We photograph everything from starter homes to luxury estates, mountain cabins, vacation homes, investment properties, and short-term rentals.
Do you travel to McCall, Donnelly, Cascade, and other Idaho markets?
Yes! We love travelling to McCall and surrounding areas to shoot real estate media. We do charge an additional travel fee for properties located outside of the treasure valley.
Which real estate photography package is right for my listing?
The best package depends on the property's size, price point, and your marketing goals. In today’s market, most buyers want to fully experience the property before stepping foot inside the home, so you often need video tours, 3D walkthroughs, or a combination of both to fully satisfy buyers’ interests. If you’re still unsure, we’re more than happy to walk you through our packages to help you choose the services that best showcase your listing.
Can you edit out clutter or imperfections?
Every image includes professional editing for color, brightness, and perspective correction. Minor distractions can be removed with editing, but it's always best to prepare the home before the session. We do provide extensive editing or large object removal for an additional fee.
Can I bundle photography with video and drone services?
Yes. We offer a premium package that includes drone services and either a cinematic video or a 3D tour.
Can I use the photos for social media, print marketing, and my website?
Yes, you may use photos for social media marketing and advertising on your website. We do, however, request that you tag us when possible. For print marketing, we ask that you reach out to us so that we can help you create beautiful, high-quality marketing assets with our photos.

What happens if the weather is bad?
We know that it takes time and effort to get a property ready for photos, so we typically won’t cancel a shoot unless the weather is severe. With editing, we can often work around factors such as smoke and still produce high-quality exterior images. However, if weather conditions prevent us from capturing your property at its best, we'll work with you to reschedule exterior photography when conditions improve.
